I see. It looks like you weren’t pointing out a problem with Flutter, but about a problem “with all programming languages because of the lexical inadequacies on abstraction”. Being a language geek, I actually think I understand what you are talking about and I don’t really disagree. You trace this inadequacy to C, but I think you can go further back to LISP and its descendants.

So no, we have not solved all the computing world’s problems.
